Natalia Ouellette-Grice, Esq.
JD · LLM in Taxation · MBA
The sole owner and one of the founding partners of LCO Law LLC, Natalia brings nearly two decades of experience in business planning and estate planning and combines it with her MBA, diplomacy training, and voracious appetite for learning to provide clients with exceptional legal, business, and communication advice.
Natalia received her LLM in Taxation from the University of Florida, making her one of the few Florida attorneys who practice business and estate law with graduate-level federal tax training. She handles estate planning, asset protection, tax planning, probate, and real estate law for clients across Florida.
She is a published author of four books on Florida real estate law and a frequent educator for attorneys and business owners. Her flat-fee approach and commitment to client communication are the foundation of how LCO Law operates.

Associate Attorney
Alexander Maldonado, Esq.
JD · Florida Bar
Alex graduated from The Interamerican School of Law in 2019 with his Juris Doctorate. Prior to joining LCO Law, he worked as a paralegal for the US Attorney's Office, where he gained firsthand experience with federal legal proceedings and complex case management.
Alex passed the Florida Bar exam and has been admitted to practice law in Florida as of June 2025. He works directly with clients to ensure their legal needs are handled with care, attention to detail, and clear communication throughout the process.
Outside of the office, Alex enjoys fishing, writing, and spending time with his family.

Justin is the point of contact who makes working with LCO Law feel easy, engaged, and personal. He is kind, caring, and charismatic, and his goal is to make sure your experience with LCO Law is always better than you expected.
Juliana Olave
Client and Marketing Operations Specialist
Juliana holds a B.S. in International Business from EAFIT University and a Master's in Graphic Design from Valencia International University in Spain. As the Client and Marketing Operations Specialist at LCO Law, she leads the firm's systems for client success, building the digital infrastructure that drives communication and client growth. She is passionate about the intersection of technology and design, and brings both to every project.
